When Brian Poster started Poster Construction in 1997, he did so with the belief that a custom home construction company should build homes with integrity, treat clients with respect, and let the quality of the work speak for itself. That idea has guided every decision we’ve made since, and it’s still as much a part of how we operate today as it was in the beginning. We’re a small, family-run team, and we like it that way. Staying small keeps us close to the work, close to our clients, and fully accountable for everything that happens on a job from the first day to the last.
